2022 Legislative Questionnaire
As the national conversation about fully legalizing cannabis amplifies, it is crucial that Pennsylvania cannabis voters know where their elected officials stand on medical marijuana patient access and potential legalization. Our goal as we publish the results of the candidate survey is to educate voters so that when they get to the polls, they know which candidates will help enhance the state’s medical marijuana program and support potential adult use legislation.
PCC distributed a questionnaire to Pennsylvania legislative candidates via email in October of 2022. Questionnaire results have been combined with legislative voting records and sponsored legislation to producing the following results:

As a cannabis voter it is critical to me to know where my elected officials stand on medical marijuana patient access and potential legalization. You have not completed the Pennsylvania Cannabis Coalition's 2022 Legislative Questionnaire that intends to educate voters so that when they get to the polls, they know which candidates will help enhance the state’s medical marijuana program and support potential adult use legislation. Please consider completing the questionnaire and go on the record about your support for medical and adult use cannabis.
